(Non-Legal Administrative Support)

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by CSH Deals (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in ful

1. Nature of the Service

1.1 We provide non-legal, administrative support services only, limited to:

  • Immigration document checking for completeness and organisation

  • Formatting and file-naming checks

  • Checklist-based review against publicly available UKVI guidance

  • Uploading client-provided documents to visa portals (UKVCAS, TLScontact, VFS Global) where authorised by the client

1.2 We do not provide:

  • Immigration advice

  • Legal advice

  • Case assessment or strategy

  • Application form completion

  • Representation before the Home Office or any authority

1.3 We are not solicitors, not immigration advisers, and not registered with the OISC or SRA.

2. Client Responsibility

2.1 You remain fully responsible for:

  • The accuracy, authenticity, and legality of all documents provided

  • Your visa application, submission, and outcome

  • Ensuring documents are genuine and truthful

2.2 Our review does not guarantee:

  • Visa approval

  • Acceptance by the Home Office

  • That all possible documents required for your individual circumstances have been provided

3. Document Checking Limitations

3.1 Our document checks are administrative only and focus on:

  • Whether documents appear complete

  • Whether documents match standard checklist requirements

  • Formatting, file type, and organisation

3.2 We do not verify the legal sufficiency, credibility, or legal interpretation of documents.

3.3 Any feedback provided is for general guidance only and must not be interpreted as immigration or legal advice.

4. Document Uploading Service

4.1 Document uploading is provided only with explicit client authorisation.

4.2 Clients must:

  • Provide correct login details to the relevant upload portal

  • Ensure access is active and functional

4.3 We will:

  • Upload only the documents supplied by the client

  • Label and organise files to the best of our ability

4.4 We are not responsible for:

  • Portal errors or outages

  • Changes to portal requirements

  • Technical issues beyond our control

5. Turnaround Times

5.1 Turnaround times are estimates and begin only once all required documents and information are received.

5.2 Delays caused by missing documents, unclear files, or client unresponsiveness are not our responsibility.

5.3 Same-day or fast-track services are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 All fees are clearly communicated before work begins.

6.2 Payment must be made in full before the service commences.

6.3 Once work has started, fees are non-refundable, regardless of outcome.

6.4 Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.

7. Revisions and Re-Checks

7.1 Re-checks are included only where explicitly stated in the purchased service.

7.2 Any additional reviews or uploads requested after completion may be charged separately.


8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8.1 We treat client information as confidential and take reasonable steps to protect personal data.

8.2 Login credentials provided for uploading purposes:

  • Are used only for the agreed service

  • Are not stored after service completion

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We accept no liability for visa refusals, delays, or losses

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

9.2 Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Refusal or Termination of Service

10.1 We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • Documents appear fraudulent or unlawful

  • Client requests fall outside administrative support

  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour occurs

10.2 In such cases, fees may be retained where work has already commenced.

11. Amendments

11.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

11.2 The version in force at the time of booking will apply.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13. Acceptance

By proceeding with our services, you confirm that you:

  • Understand the non-legal nature of the service

  • Accept these Terms and Conditions in full
